Thank you for taking the time to know Marvel Motorsports' short history.
Marvel Motorsports "previously known as GR Store" was founded and registered on 03 June 2022. From the beginning my vision was to provide a different approach to costumer service, costumer service that will make you feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process.
Marvel Motorsports is an online store only and managed by one person. I do everything from inventory, logistics, negotiations with manufacturers (orders), packing, shipping, accounting etc. "Not easy, not impossible either"
Why my approach with costumer is different? I have always love everything that has to do with cars, and I have always wanted to own an auto parts, which didn't materialize due to 2008 economy crisis, and to be honest I forgot about those plans. But buying my GR Supra coupled with the need to create an effective but personalized costumer service environment, gave my dream a second chance, and I am all in and thriving thanks to YOU!
We are a legitimate and registered business, "I DO IT BECAUSE I LOVE IT" though it is NOT all I do. Being a legitimate "side hustle" doesn't mean I don't take it seriously, on the contrary, since this business is my path to retirement from the Armed Forces, among other ventures. When I retire, I want to do what I love and make my passion for cars work for me, but ensuring the community has another name they can trust "for real".
Being that said, I am here for YOU, to bring the best costumer service possible from start to finish. Because even with policies in place (necessary) I will put myself in your shoes, and WILL solve any problems to the best of my abilities.
That is MY PROMISE to YOU, that you have found someone who cares about costumer service when selling, but also will take care of costumers without question (Marvel Motorsports' policy requirements must be met).
Lastly, shut down the noise, believe in yourself, be humble, grateful, and compete with yourself and yourself only. Grow because you are working hard for what you want and not at the expense of your competitors' failure. Aspire to be a better version of yourself every single day!
