SHIPPING & HANDLING's POLICY

a) Free Shipping within US Only! All packages have insurance and large shipping boxes have one red seal 

in the top and one in the bottom of the package (Read carefully upon delivery). If package is delivered damaged, please take 5 pictures of damaged area without opening the package (WITHOUT BRAKING THE SEALS) and take one picture that captures the damages with the shipping label if possible (LEGIBLE). Only then open the package and verify all items are in good conditions, and if items delivered are in fact damaged proceed to contact us to send you a return label at no cost.

b) Ensure your investment's safety! Though it can be an inconvenience for most clients, please ask for SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION to be added at no extra cost. If you know you live in a area that is not safe, it has a history of packages being stolen, or you don't have a doorbell camera, it is OUR recommendation but YOUR responsibility to ask for the package to be sent with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. If you need SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION, there is a text box at check out where you can request it.

WARRANTY

All carbon fiber products have a 3 months warranty from date of arrival. Validity of this warranty will be determined on a case by case basis.

REFUNDS' Policy

a) Don't want the item purshased anymore and/or purchased the wrong item by mistake?! No problem, contact us as promptly as possible and we will refund or credit 100% of the total dollar amount spent towards the correct item.

​

b) If you tried to contact Marvel Motorsports before Shipping label was purchased, and we see your claim after the fact, you will still receive a 100% refund or credit. Marvel Motorsports' failure to see your attempt to claim your refund in a timely manner releases you as a costumer from any and all liabilities.

c) If you tried to contact Marvel Motorsports after Shipping label was created, we will provide proof of lateness and you will be liable for 100% of the Shipping label cost.

RETURNS' Policy

a) Any item you want to return to Marvel Motorsports, whether bough by mistake or you don't need/want the item anymore, once it is shipped or delivered costumer will be liable for 100% of the return label cost, in addition to a 20% re-stocking fee calculated from the Item's total dollar amount. 

​

b) Delivery of the following will be refunded and replaced to the costumer at NO cost:

     i. Delivery of the wrong items.

     ii. Item delivered does not fit. (we do understand certain items like steering wheels, paddle shifter, and charge pipes HAVE to fit).

     iii. Carbon Fiber parts fitment falls under 90% fitment accuracy for carbon fiber parts.

NOT READING Marvel Motorsports policies described above until something goes wrong, or not opting for signature confirmation (AT NO COST TO YOU THE COSTUMER) will make you 100% liable for damaged items or stolen packages. 

​

We do offer 100% free shipping on all items shipped within US but it comes at an expense. Help Marvel Motorsports to provide the costumer experience you deserve.
